Responsibilities:

·     Supporting Management in execution of the Firm’s marketing strategy in Kazakhstan;

·     Alignment of the local strategy with the Firm’s new global practices, its customization and deployment;

·     Monitor and registration of RFPs;

·     Assist professional personnel in proposals and presentations preparation and coordination of tender process;

·     Obtaining feedback from clients;

·     Update and maintenance Firm’s experience database or/and CV database by clients and by management personnel;

·     Coordinate and update the Firm’s social media content;

·     Coordination of business events;

·     Coordination of the Firm’s activities in business association and working groups;

·     Operations: annual budgeting, internal reporting, vendor agreements/payments, working in internal systems and applications;

·     Management of braded stationaries, roll-ups, stands, advertising;

·     Coordinate within the Firm documentation required for tenders.

Requirements:

·     An experienced candidate with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, PR or Business Administration, and work experience more than 3 years preferably in consulting service industry;

·     Initiative coupled with accuracy, consistency, reliability and attention to detail;

·     Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;

·     Strong project management and planning skills, high quality value added delivery;

·     Tender support experience;

·     Strong analytical skills, ability to work with many databases;

·     Ability to work with text (writing, customizing, translating, formatting);

·     Ability to work with design layouts (customizing, formatting); sense of style would be an asset;

·     Structural thinking and systematic approach to work;

·     Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Ppoint, Excel, Word) products;

·     Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, quick learning skills;

·     High level of responsibility, attentiveness, client-oriented approach;

·     Russian is a must; English – Advanced level, knowledge of Kazakh would be an asset;

·     Advanced social media user (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);

·     Alertness (being in the know of market trends);

·     As a plus knowledge of design related software (Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw,).
