Camp Services Coordinator (Only KZ passport holders)  

Location: Tengiz 28/28

• Oversee relevant camp management ensuring services including catering, medical, recreation, hotel services, baggage rooms, laundry, site services and municipal 
• Verify and validate occupancy and meal swipe reports
• Conduct regular facility audits, liaising with IR and accommodation providers, to monitor service quality, including spot checks, recording discrepancies & shortfalls for the attention of camp management so immediate action can be taken
• Ensure the integrity of work documentation and compliance with data privacy requirements in terms of information received in the process of performing job functions
• Attending meetings with accommodation providers and record
• Assisting with special event planning and coordination, VIP visits, etc.
• Assist with onboarding new team members, including internal training to maintain continuity of reporting and understanding the process and procedures within the department.
