Qualification & Experience Requirements:

The job holder must have the following educational qualifications:

·         Degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

·         3+ years direct Planning & Scheduling work history, with 6-8 years oil and gas industry experience

·         Supervisory experience or leading a Planning & Schedule team on a large upstream or downstream project

·         Knowledgeable with capital project management framework, key work processes and best practices

·         Past assignments and demonstrated proficiency in several project management skill areas (e.g. project management, project controls, execution planning, cost estimating, planning & scheduling)

·         Experience or significant interface opportunities with Finance-Controllers, Development Planning

·         Experience in reviewing, commenting, developing and communicating Planning & Schedule related documentation and training materials i.e. processes and procedures, method statements, plans, and training materials etc.

Having a specific experience in Drilling & Completion Dept. is preferred.
