Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field, with significant experience in human resources
Well rounded knowledge of recruitment, resourcing, and mobilization
Employment contracts, terms, conditions, salaries, and benefits
Previous experience of managing an HR and Admin team including international travel, transport, and accommodation.
Experience with drafting and maintaining company legal documents and records
Experience in reviewing facilities contracts
Must be able to demonstrate absolute confidentiality at all times, as the role will be privy to personal and customer data.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communications skills at all levels of hierarchy, with a friendly ‘can do’ attitude and preparedness to liaise with colleagues in different countries..
Experience within a global corporate environment with strong compliance culture essential.
Fluent written and spoken Kazakh, Russian and English language skills essential.
Good knowledge of Kazakhstan Labor legislation
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
The job holder should be able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability and should be able to work additional hours if required to meet short deadlines
