 Inter-company Accountant  (Only KZ passport holders) 

Location:   Atyrau 5x2

Responsibilities:

Preparation Work Orders, Request For Quotation and etc. required documentation according to legislation and corporate requirements

Print out all back ups from internal business system (Oracle, Disco and any available application for inter-company)

Inter-company Contracts review, eliminate any discrepancies with assistance of legal department

Highlight and follow up any issues related to inter-company process, contracts discrepancies, lack of supporting documents. Ability to obtain required information and supporting.

Printing out and preparation AP and AR I/C invoices on monthly basis

Resolve invoice discrepancies, adjust to achieve local legislation requirements

Book inter-company AP and AR invoices into 1S

Preparation AP and AR Aging, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Reconciliation inter-company transactions, preparation acts of reconciliation, correspond with I/C vendors and respond to inquiries

Produce monthly reports according to corporate, legislation and management requests

Requirements:

1-3 years accounting experience  

fluent English
