Construction Execution Readiness Team Lead (for Expat)

Job Accountabilities:

Establish ConstructionExecution Strategy and Plan and take a lead role in implementing and administering it for a single project or a defined set of PCNs

Ensure compliance with Project HSSE assurance activities in line withproject assurance processes

Provide the Execution content in the Select and Define phases in the delivery of a specific set of plant change modifications or a single project assigned to NDD.

Qualification&Experience Requirements:

Minimum of an associate degree in engineering discipline or apprenticeship combined demonstrated international construction experience in Oil & Gas industry working for a major operator.

Significant field experience gathered from a wide range of locations, minimum 15years relevant experiencein all phases (pre/post FID) of the project life cycle including international experience, including 3 years in management role, preferably with a period spent in a brown field construction environment, facilities engineering and/or Turn Around team.

Demonstrated strong personal commitment to HSSE Leadership and experience in managing HSSE throughout all project phases.

Experience of driving business and work process improvement in project execution and construction, key words being: HSSE driven mindset, fit-for-purpose solutions, simplification, lean methods and cost effectiveness.
