Lead DCC control Specialist

General job duties:

• Responsible for control of all documentation for Project close-out of major construction project (TFM,FMPG);
• Including all turnover documentation, Registered and Reported QAQC Index (Acts, checklists) to our management, Engineering, CR, QAQC Engineers, client and sending to archive (TFM,FMPG);
• Receive documents: electronic and hard copies (IMC, Contractors). Check correctness of the documents (rev., etc). (TFM, FMPG)
• File electronic copies received via ftp links from contractors, vendors and engineering companies according to the file index.
• Keep original documents under control (MOC, As-Builts (AB Change or No Change), AFE, BID packages, Turnover packages etc.) (TFM,FMPG);
• Assign transmittal, DNR, DRG, Data sheets number and enter into the trans.log.(TFM, FMPG)
• Assist engineers in assembling Job and Design packages. (TFM,FMPG);
• Maintain database in accordance with TCO TFM/FMPG Document Numbering System - log engineering, vendor and other documentation into the project database, Maintain check in/out system for all correspondence, Maintain Project Library.
• Develop measures aimed to improve DCC processes Update of the Project TCO Web-site.
• Work with TED-D-ILM, Transmittal Logs Database, Status Logs Database, Live Tracking Database, Punch List Database. Distribute documents according to the distribution matrix and Index’s.
• Responsible for much of the project close-out documentation preparation and turnover of documentation to both clients and to the Plant Archives (IB, IB-MOA).
• Receive and distribute department documents, letters and orders, check all documents for completeness and accuracy, assist Project Engineers in assembling job and design packages, and maintain all  of the department DCC Data-Bases.
• Assisting Completions Engineers with review of design drawings for the purposes of manually extracting component and system information in relation to the documents or drawings
• Work with TCO-IMC TED-ILM Databases (Created New Project number(PN), Created Document number (JPK,MTO,DRG No, DRG-Project number), Data sheet number (DSH), Equipment number 
• (ENR), Cable number (CNR), Tag number, MENR, Line No, I&E_DS number, ECNR, IPNR), Audit Report and close created Projects as TCO ST and archived TCO CLOSED PROJECTS_INFO. (TFM, FMPG  Project)
• Updated weekly meeting report with all Project %, Index’s (%)
• Reported process Projects and Turnover documentation to Engineers, Cons Rep and Supervisors (%)
• Scanned Final turnover documentations, certificates, letters for electronic transmission and keep on Project drive. To send 1 copy to FO (Facility Operator or Facility Owner)
• Development and maintenance of a sophisticated database to insure the accuracy and reliability of Elect, Civil /Struct, Mech/Piping QC data storage
• Receive new or update Standards (ST), Procedures (PRO), Acts, Checklists and other project documents from TCO IMC, TCO Turnover Group and distributed to our department. (TFM, FMPG)
• Receive ITC,SEQ,NCR documents, Registered and Reported and closed
• Using the LTDB Database to perform data entry, prepare reports, and answer queries
• Compilation and management of Commissioning Turnover Dossiers
• Assisting Engineers / Cons Reps, QAQC Engineer with Punchlist Data Entry
