Location: Tengiz 28/28

Requires a minimum of 5 years of Technical Supervision experience, preferably with Kazakhstani projects, covering regulatory documentation and regulation surveillance functions.
RoK codes and standards relating to oil and gas facilities construction.
Basics of production technology and methods of construction and installation work.
Methods for monitoring the quality of the facilities under construction and the completed facilities acceptance process.
Fully understands effective RoK regulatory requirements as to construction permitting, electrical safety, power supply, fire safety, industrial safety, environmental protection and sanitary hygiene during construction and start-up/acceptance for operation.
Able to communicate and possesses strong verbal and written skills.
Able to work as an interactive member of a multi-cultural team.
Be a highly motivated individual who can work within a high performing team
