Responsibilities:

• Superintendent - High Voltage supervises all Electrical construction-related work activities and assigned field functions and/or crafts involved within a discipline on the project

• Coordinates the work activities of all involved craft/contractors performing work during the construction effort

• Ensures contractors are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures, that material is being utilized ensure optimum efficiency, and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements

• Maintains effective schedule and cost control within assigned field functions of the project and ensures adherence to these practices

• Monitors the activities of assigned contractors and ensures compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements

Requirements:

• Specializing in high voltage equipment substations, switchgear, transformers, cable installation & testing and backup power generation.

• Willingness to provide quality service to all key stakeholders

• Demonstrate professional courtesy when performing assigned duties, interacting within the project team and interfaces with other area's

• Commitment to continuous improvement and the necessity to provide a positive project legacy

• Degreed or equivalent project experience

• Typically has 6-12 years of experience with progressive and varied experience in construction, technical, and engineering activities

• Level 5 ROK – Electrical Safety Certificate

• PLSC Certification Preferred
