Scaffolding Coordinator (Only KZ passport holders)  

Location: Tengiz 28/28

·     5 years’ experience in the erection of complex and advanced structure

·     3 years’ Experience on industrial construction projects as a scaffolding Inspector

·     1 + years supervisory experience

·     Intimate knowledge of modern scaffolding components, types, arrangements and methods including Tube and coupler & system scaffolds and knowledge of standards CITB, CISRS , B.S.EN. 12811.1 – (Scaffolds – Performance requirements and general design in scaffolds 

·     HSE background or qualifications and to show a strong HSE culture 

·     Design drawing training and how to identify problems and offer technical support solutions in the field 

·     Provide support and advice to contractor companies to ensure scaffolding is erected to SI and international quality standards 

·     Monitor scaffolding team manpower levels and training compliance within each contractor group.

·     Advise Contractors of most efficient scaffolds use to increase overall productivity, progress and safety.

·     Coach Contractor supervision and Inspection personnel to improve knowledge and competence.

·     Advise Contractor teams of most efficient storage and transportation methods for scaffolding materials.

·     Provide regular reports to management detailing contractor capacity and performance.

·     Ensure Contractor companies are maximizing material utilization by rotating materials to best effect.

·     Liaise between, Construction, Execution, HSE and Contractor scaffolding teams to resolve site issues.

·     Identify gaps in training and produce and present training programs to fill these gaps
