- Degree in Engineering or Project Management or multiyear proven experience in Project Management
- Proven experience of at least 10-12 years in a Project Management role, ideally within Oil and Gas and in remote environments
- Familiar with design and construction of marine asset or demonstrated equivalent level or expertise in oil and gas industry
- Demonstrated experience with Contracts Management process
- Proven ability to lead teams with a calm and analytic approach to problem solving
