Payroll Accountant, 5/2, Atyrau (for Kazakhstan residents only)

International Oil & Gas Service Company is looking for a Payroll Accountant, 5/2, Atyrau (for Kazakhstan residents only). 

Essential Responsibilities:  Support and develop Baker Hughes’s safe working practice within the TCO HSE plan.  Support chemical treatment programs through daily monitoring of chemical injection and monitoring facilities.  Routinely audit chemical injection facilities for functionality and proper operation and record the nonfunctional equipment status updates  Actively communicate to insure engineers have clear information about equipment performance.  Check and calibrate analytical equipment / instruments.  Participate in safety actions/meetings. Study the safety guidelines for equipment operation.  Become familiar with operation all chemical feed systems.  Develop preventative maintenance schedule for all relevant equipment following supplier recommendations and actual operational performance.  Create a list of spare parts required for both equipment PM and major repairs. Check TCO or BHGE inventories monthly to insure adequate stock is available for maintenance activities.  Develop equipment repair request and repair completion activity log to plan and record all PM and repair activities.  Assist in the design or procurement of new chemical injection systems or treatment monitoring equipment as needs arise.  Repair Reports issued for all equipment service.  Track repair costs for each system to identify worst actors.  Refer to Baker Hughes training materials for personal development, and agree to training priorities with Consultants for review at six month intervals.  Attend language development courses as required Qualifications/Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree or vocational equivalent;  3 - 5 years experience performing mechanical repairs on engines, motors, pumps and/or other similar equipment;  Must be able to drive light duty truck at TCO facility;  Work history must demonstrate strict/enthusiastic compliance with all HES programs. Desired Characteristics:  Independent, self- motivated worker;  Moderate English skills both written and verbal;  Able to use MS Office suite of business applications;  Prefer 3 years experience in Oil & Gas, Refining and or Petrochemical plants;  Prefer working in industry during the preceding 12 months.
