Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in Assistant or administrative position in oil and gas industry, especially n PSA projects, would be an asset
  • Deep knowledge of oil and gas terminology
  • Knowledge of standards for the Organization and Instruction Documentation Unified System
  • Good knowledge of record maintenance, аs well as perfect skills of the accurate and quick records keeping
  • Knowledge of Ethic and Esthetics Fundamentals, Business Communication Rules
  • Good skills in communication and office work organization, ability to interact with the Company’s top management, partners and state authorities
  • Good skills of MS products including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc.
  • Absolute fluency and literacy (grammar and stylistics) in English (Kazakh) and Russian languages
  • Ability to work under minimal control, to cope with several tasks at a time in an unregulated environment
  • Ability to find optional solution in the tight situations, ability to set priorities
  • Active and pushing, leader and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of high quality translations (both oral and written) for the General Director
  • Provide translation of meetings of the General Director with representatives of state institutions, Ministries, committees, agencies, departments, government, parliament, etc., including summits
  • Accompany the General Director on trips and business meetings
  • Maintain communication between the General Director’s Office and other company departments and business units, partners, as well as state authorities, ministries, agencies
  • Work with incoming/outgoing correspondence, transfer of correspondence to the authorized departments, make draft letters, meeting notifications and records, inquiries and other documents, prepare responses to letters received, deadlines follow-up
  • Organization and preparation of sessions and meetings held by the General Director, organize telephone conferences
  • Keep records of incoming information, accept telephone messages and transmit the obtained information in a timely fashion
  • Meeting visitors in compliance with the ethics of communication, promote the speed of consideration of requests and proposals of employees
  • Make corporate coordination of the special projects with participation of the General Director (Annual, Semi-annual, Quarterly and Monthly meetings, and etc.), development of presentations and seminars as guided by the General Direct
  • Storage of corporate stamps
  • Ensure safe keeping and confidentiality of business information obtained
