EProcurement Contract Administrator
Requirements :
- Work experience 1-2 years or fresh graduates
- High attention to detail as contract packages are prepared.
- Confidence to approach higher level management when required to expedite contract packages.
- Good communication skills to liaise with requestors of suppliers for incorrect or missing information.
- Service Scope Duties include: Prepare contract packages for execution using a standard checklist. Monitor and follow up contracts submitted for signing.
- Update contract report once execution has been performed.
- Single Point of contact to review, monitor and track new/change supplier requests and liaise with Internal Controls group
