Architectural Supervisor
Responsibilities.
· Play an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a routine part of all work performed
· Stay knowledgeable of and adhere to and support the Project’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability policies, procedures and practice safe work habits
· Assist with management of contractor activities in conjunction with construction management and contracts administration
· Directly support project and construction management with planning and utilization of proper means and methods for all architectural/Structural construction activities
· Coordinate the architectural/Structural work activities with contractors performing the tasks
· Plan, monitor and direct the work activities associated with the architectural/Structural scope ensuring that necessary design drawings, deliverables, tools, materials, etc. are available
· Maintain compliance with all applicable project policies, procedures, specifications and appropriate standards
· Organize and prioritize all associated architectural/Structural tasks in an effective and timely manner, set appropriate priorities, and effectively manage schedule, control changes and monitor scope creep
· Responsible to assure that all architectural/Structural work undertaken is within approved scope boundaries and is in full compliance with all pertinent requirements
· Monitor the work activities against schedule and manpower requirements to meet established completion dates together with optimized productivity
· Analyze situations, identify and forecast potential problems / issues and evaluate realistic options in recommending / implementing appropriate resolutions
· Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
Qualification requirements to the position
High Degree
Not less than 5 years of work experience.
English language skills – Intermediate or higher level
