Contracts Specialist

Обязанности:

• • Provide support to the Contracts Advisor;
  • Provide general contract/commercial support and recording
  • Draft correspondence to Contractors on routine contractual / commercial matters for approval;
  • Act as a liaison between Contracts, Project Engineering, Construction, Procurement and other departments such as Finance, Legal and Tax;
  • Draft Work Authorizations, Service Orders and Work Orders based on Construction Master Services Agreements (MSA’s);
  • Obtain and manage Contract Assurances (guarantees, insurance certificates etc.) as required;
  • Draft Contract Supplements / Extensions / Change Orders.
  • Draft or support drafting of contractor correspondence and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
  • Track / monitor Contractor’s performance with regards to meeting stated targets and objectives

Требования:

• • Experience working in Kazakhstan
  • Experience with major international EPC contractors is preferred
  • Experience working in Oil and Gas Industry
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Good organization, communication and listening skills
  • Confidence in dealing with people and working in large teams
  • Report writing and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of contracting software applications such as Ariba, Procon, etc.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Use feedback for improvement of own performance
  • English-Upper-Intermediate
