RA Technical Inspection Coordinator

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years previous experience in plant operations or on major oil and gas projects
• Experience in all matters related to Technical Inspections and Tests from producing plans to organizing the witnessing of hazardous equipment and facilities hydrotests/load tests, inspections, interfacing with RoK industrial safety authority (DIS) inspectors
• Knowledge of Planning, coordinating, monitoring and tracking the completion of hydrotests for process piping, infield pipelines (TPPs), hazardous equipment and facilities (such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks), load tests of lifting equipment (cranes, lifts, winches, etc.)
• Experience in setting up and maintaining processes, procedures, tracking and reporting tools relevant to technical inspections, hydrotests/ load tests of hazardous equipment and facilities
• Review completed process piping / pipeline hydrotest packs by contractors, provide advice and support to contractors completing such hydrotest packages
• Preferable knowledge of English, Russian, Kazakh
