Engineering Lead (For KZ residents only)
- Degree MSc or equivalent level in Chemical or Mechanical engineering.
- Demonstrable experience (min. 10 years) and proven track record in oil & gas facilities engineering and development
- Previous experience and familiarity with International Codes/Standards/Specifications, RoK and/ or other Caspian projects.
- Result oriented, problem solving
- Identify the critical issues quickly, acknowledges strengths and gaps in a study
- Interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility
- Change management, facilitates implementation of changes within the Project team (organization or SOW)
- Fluent in English
