Senior Process Engineer,

Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have:
• Kazakh citizenship;
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent;
• BSc, Chartered Engineer (or Kazakh/Russian equivalent);
• Minimum 7 years experience, mostly in the upstream oil & gas business.

Required Competencies:
The job holder must have and be able to demonstrate:
• Good computer literacy with particular competence in MS office software;
• Full command of English language written and spoken;
• Experience with HYSYS.Process.

The job holder must be able to demonstrate the following technical competencies:
• Oil and Gas industry background;
• Knowledge of thermodynamic fluid properties & phase behaviour;
• Knowledge of designing of oil and gas processing facilities;
• Knowledge of designing utilities and support systems;
• Modelling and analysis of steady state for process plant;
• Ability to assess key uncertainties impacting production system development.

Working Conditions:
Based in Atyrau company Office (Kazakhstan); Standard Working Hours (40 hours per week);
Travel to other offices & client locations when required.

Location Atyrau, 5/2

Under the direction of more senior engineers, perform design calculations and engineering and field development studies.

• Performing engineering studies and engineering calculations;
• Preparing & checking engineering deliverables, e.g. P&IDs, data sheets etc.;
• Writing the Basis for Design and other technical notes incorporating study results etc.;
• Running proprietary software
