Обязанности:

• • Plans, coordinates, and implements HES programs to eliminate fatalities, injuries, illnesses, environmental damage, and financial losses.
  • Routine engagement and partnership with the Construction site managers. Daily reviews, walks and discussion about HES planning and concerns.
  • Mentoring HES specialist to specific location or work activities.
  • Routinely interfaces with contractor regarding HES performance and HES matters.
  • Conducts or directs research to mitigate hazards and evaluate loss-producing potential of given systems, operations or processes.
  • Coordinates and implements HES activities directed by HES Team Leaders.
  • Promotes employee participation in safety meetings and IIF initiatives.
  • Conducts evaluations of HES programs to ensure effectiveness, using established goals as a benchmark.
  • Oversees incident investigations on all incidents (including near misses) in accordance with project guidelines.
  • Provides guidance to management through interpretation of HES Practices and procedures, legislation, and regulations.
  • Develops and presents HES performance improvement recommendations to HES Supervisor for consideration / approval.
  • Ensures balance between productivity and the safety of team members, contractor, and visitors.
  • Coordinates project HES programs to address program gaps.
  • Inspects, monitors, and evaluates HES programs for value and effectiveness.
  • Monitors the systems that maintain records, reports, and documents required to meet project and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviews, challenges and recommends approval of area HES project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, activities, and milestones.
  • Reviews weekly and monthly HES reports for accuracy prior to distribution to the HES Team Leaders

Требования:

• • Minimum Six (6) years of direct experience in HES or ten (10) years capital project
  • Leadership / coaching / mentoring experience
  • Experience in client/customer liaison service industry
  • Has shown the ability to manage HES on a large construction project in oil and gas industry
  • Able to deal with evolving situations and fast moving environment
  • PC competency, strong administrative acumen, well organized with strong communication skills
• English-Intermediate
