Mechanical Area Lead (For KZ residents only)Atyrau 28/28

• Requirements: A degree in Engineering or Equivalent , HND qualifications (higher technical education);
• 6-8 year experience in TA and maintenance with experience as a field coordinator/blockleader with accountability for delivering various scope of TA work.
• Has experience with Management of Change process, budgeting, contract and procurement management.
• The Turnaround Coordinators shall have good understanding of various technical disciplines including of the Technical Authority process and assurance requirement.
• Proven leadership, communication, coaching and facilitating capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills. Experience in use of current planning and scheduling methods and tools, eg Primavera.
• Experience of managing scope change pressures. Working knowledge of Project Engineering planning & execution methods.
• Working knowledge of Well Servicing planning & execution methods.
