Planning and Performance Lead

Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute business plans according to set priorities
Must be extremely proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, with good skills in MS Word
Must be extremely proficient in data analytics. Candidates with strong experience working with data analysis software such as Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau would be preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Knowledge of current and emerging internal and external issues impacting on the operational environment of FGP Services.
Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Lean Sigma expertise is a plus.
Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the principles, processes, and requirements for strategic planning and development within Oil and Gas sector
Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
Ability to identify, evaluates, and accurately assess the viability of strategic opportunities available to FGP Services.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
