RA Data Analyst - GS-C&P SCO (For KZ residents only) Tengiz 28/28

• Bachelor’s degree level or higher;
• Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering / various Software Languages will be an added advantage;
• Minimum 1-3 years working experience within petrochemical, mining, construction industries;
• Minimum of 1-3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience within RoK/CIS projects, including experience dealing with the regulatory aspects within engineering, construction, commissioning disciplines;
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on MS Access, Excel);
• Must have a good knowledge of RoK/International Norms and Rules such as Technical Directives, RoK Legislation, GOST, Construction Codes etc;
• Excellent presentation and documentation skill to explain and resolve effectively on technical issue to Client, engineers and managers within the project;
• Given the specific nature of the project, the candidate must demonstrate fluent proficiency (written & verbal) Russian and English languages;
• Solid analytical, research, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently and participating within a high-profile international team.
