Industrial Control Systems Cybersecurity Advisor (Only KZ Passport holders) Tengiz 28/28

• Minimum 15 years’ recent experience as a network and/or system security administration implementing and supporting anti-virus, vulnerability, patch, system and network management systems
• Minimum 15 years’ recent system administration experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows (Windows 10, Server 2016), Active Directory, WSUS, Terminal Server, VMWare and the security features available in each.
• Minimum 2 years’ cybersecurity technical, compliance or risk assessments of automation IT systems
• Experience using at least one of the following: NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), IEC-62443, NERC CIP, NIST SP 800-82 or CIS Top 20 Controls to assess the cybersecurity level of control systems
• Experience working with automation vendors such as Honeywell, Rockwell and SEL
• Language literacy: Must have English level – Upper - Intermediate or higher
• Working in a remote closed camp environment on a rotation basis
• Certification(s) such as: CCNA Security, MCSE, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
• Experience deploying and supporting security practices and technologies in ICS environments, such as:
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, application security testing
• Configure firewalls, intrusion detection, routers, switches and remote access
• Configure centralized alert logging, monitoring and management systems
• Hands-on support of Cisco routers/switches, NetApp, Palo Alto and Dell FX2 products
• Hands-on support of VMWare, Solarwinds, Splunk, BMC Discovery and Nessus products
• Experience in commissioning and acceptance testing of Control Systems
• Implementing and validating security configurations of DCS software and devices
• Conducting security assessments, remediation activities and recommendations
• Experience working in an incident response and recovery team
