Competences:

       Knowledge & understanding of the Kazakhstan Labor legislation and other applicable laws and CLIENT N.V. HR policies and the application of company policies within the legislation.

       Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the effect of decisions overall in the company.

       Applies creative problem solving to address business needs & issues

       Promotes consensus among affected parties

       Conflict Analysis and resolution

       Critical Legal thinking;

       Fact-finding; Inquisitiveness

       Must have a thorough understanding of employee grievance resolution, investigative methods.

       Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in various international human resources standards in the areas of compensation, employee relations, employment and staffing practices and organizational development

       Practical experience in managing complex ER cases, including redundancies, restructures, disciplinary and grievance cases and complex case management 

       Applies critical thinking to information received

       Maintains confidentiality

       Applies critical thinking to information received

       Adept Engagement and Communication skills, ability to communicate effectively externally, and internally with all levels of the workforce, from MD down to field operator ;  

       Delivers Outcome, Analyses & solves problems;

       Good time management skills, prioritizes effectively and delivers in full;

       Ability to meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple issues to conclusion;

       Resilience & personal effectiveness; Emotional Intelligence; 

       Listens actively and empathetically

       Ability to work within a multicultural environment with various staff types.

       Business acumen (knowledge), Technological savvy

       Acts with integrity professionalism and behavior

       Maintains up to date knowledge of general HR practices

       Makes sound decisions based on evaluation of available information

       Provide proactive, clear, concise information to others in verbal, written, electronic and other communication formats

       Excellent Computer literacy (MS office and etc.)

       Language proficiency in Kazak, Russian and English

Requirements:

       University Degree (HRM, Social Sciences, Legal preferable)

       At least 8-10 years previous experience with a medium to large company in the multicultural, corporate  environment  (preferably within Energy/O&G)

       Including experience in investigations, employee relations.

       5 years of in a senior role  managing teams across multiple sites/locations
