Head of Employee Relations
Competences:
• Influencing, Problem solving, Leadership, Diplomacy, Tolerance for Stress skills
• Knowledge & understanding of the Kazakhstan Labor legislation and other applicable laws and CLIENT N.V. HR policies and the application of company policies within the legislation.

Requirements:
• University Degree (HRM, Social Sciences, Legal preferable)
• At least 8-10 years previous experience with a medium to large company in the multicultural, corporate environment (preferably within Energy/O&G)
• Including experience in investigations, employee relations.
• 5 years of in a senior role managing teams across multiple sites/locations
