·         Working knowledge/experience of Systems Completions, Operations, and Construction

·         Direct experience with PTW and SIMOPS

·         Comprehensive knowledge of technical HES & Operations processes (Isolation of hazardous energy; Management of Change; Bypassing of critical protection; PHA's) 

·         Able to deal with evolving situations and changing priorities.

·         PC competency, administrative skills, well organized with strong communication skills

·         Self-starting behavior and ability to work independently
