System Completions HES Specilaist (Only KZ Passports Holders) Тенгиз 28/28

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall HES Coordination of Systems Completions activities for 3GI:
• Interface with Project Teams, FGP Contractors, and Field Base Operations ensuring compliance with Commissioning and Startup
• Field Oversight - ~50% of the time in the field
• Coordinates with HES TL's to ensure adequate field HES oversight to support SC work fronts
• Performs daily HES inspections, reviews PTW/PPHAs, Method Statements, Work Plans
• Directly involved in SIMOPS discussions
• Participates / leads Safety Walks and PSSR’s
  Oversight of SC LUN’s
• Ensures site compliance with EOC requirements
• Oversight of ORT policies and procedures including reports and training
• Conducts Gap assessments on contract workforce
• Performs WRP assessments
• Monitors/tracks electrical competency and examinations
• Verify/monitor the use of Start Work Checks
• Attend and actively participate in daily contractor tool box meetings.
• Schedule and lead Safety Audits/Inspections
• Responsible for the closure of HES audit and inspection action items.
• Prepare & complete weekly Safety Inspection Reports.
• Communicate the results of the weekly HES Audits/Inspections and assist
• Contractors with mitigation efforts.
• Directly engaged with the FGP Contractors concerning compliance with FGP and RoK expectations.
• Interfaces between the FGP SC Contractors and Field Base Operations personnel to ensure compliance with Commissioning and Startup HES process requirements.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Working knowledge/experience of Systems Completions, Operations, and Construction
• Direct experience with PTW and SIMOPS
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical HES & Operations processes (Isolation of hazardous energy; Management of Change; Bypassing of critical protection; PHA's)
• Minimum 6-10 years of total experience required for this position, also industry experience

• Language Skills: English, Kazakh, Russian Level: Upper-Intermediate

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
