Regulatory Affairs Engineer Senior CSA

Requirements:

Work experience at the same role 3-5 years

Main requirement - Develop Technical Project Documentation (TPD) for Government-Gosexpertiza

Understanding Equipment Certification Principles

Experience of Conceptual, FEED and Detailed Design projects

Preferable knowledge of English, Kazakh and Russian

Responsibilities:

• Carry out analysis of FEED deliverables to identify what additional documentation needs to be produced by Engineering specifically for Technical Project Documentation (TPD) to satisfy the requirements of the RoK
• Compliance of Electrical Specifications with client requirements and with practical site-based situations
• Conduct GAP analysis to identify the areas of design which are not regulated by existing codes and standards of the RoK
• Perform 3D Modelling for Electrical and all associated with it subsystems
• Good Working knowledge of GOST and SNiPs preferable
• Experience of Conceptual, FEED and Detailed Design projects
