∙ Preferably an engineering degree from an electronic or telecommunications system.

∙ Knowledge of international norms, rules and standards, for example, IMO, SOLAS, ITU, ICAO, ATEX, as well as local Kazakhstan norms and rules.

∙ Participation in the development of a package of working documentation for large-scale oil and gas industry projects. Experience of participation in the Kashagan field's ODA program is preferred.

∙ Experience at the construction site and on-site support is welcome.

∙ Good command of spoken and written English.

∙ Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Primavera

∙ More than 4 years as a telecommunications engineer in the oil and gas industry.

∙ Experience in the development and use of working documentation packages for specialized telecommunications systems used in the oil and gas industry, such as a public address system and general warning system (GS / OO), automatic tracking system (ACC), video surveillance system (SV), SDH, fiber-optic communication system, etc.

∙ Evidence confirming the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to accurately formulate the problem / problem. ∙ Practical knowledge of offshore and legal requirements, a clear understanding of methods and regulations for working in hazardous areas. ∙ Knowledge of MPAs (risk assessment matrix) and factors that need to be taken into account when developing and determining the composition of systems designed as responsible from the point of view of elements (CEA). ∙ Certificates confirming the possibility of safe work.
