Productivity Engineer – IOCC (Only KZ passport holders) Tengiz 28/28

• Leadership and Communication Skills-Effective interpersonal skills and able to maintain a neutral position as facilitator and communicate effectively to multidiscipline and multicultural teams from different organizations
• Fluent in English and Russian (or Kazakh) languages is essential.  All work is conducted primarily in English.
• Technical Skills-3+ years of Engineering experience
• Prior experience in implementation of a productivity program such as Workface Planning, Lean Construction or Lean Sigma is preferred
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills and adept in effective use of computers and standard software packages.
