Education:
Higher technical education in Oil & Gas sector. 

Work experience:
Minimum 10 years technical work experience in Production Operations covering a wide range of process and utility system such as gas treatment, oil stabilization, dehydration, power generation, utilities generation, etc.

Technical writing experience.
Language skill:
Strong written Russian skill and English (Level 2 - 3)

Knowledge of:
Operating procedures standardization process.
Base Operations process, utility, field and power equipment purpose/use
Formal Operator Training Program
Operator Routine Duties
Emergency Response operations
HAZOP, IHAZID and QRA

PC Skill:
MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) is a minimum.
Quick learner of software used in the project.
