CTC & Scales Manager (Only KZ passport holders) Tengiz 28/28
- A person with higher education
- Detailed knowledge of RoK Rules and Regulations governing all facets of railroad operations and associated required maintenance activities of equipment required for CTC & RR Communication systems,
- Advanced bi-lingual (Russian / English) skills, both oral and written
- Strong proven computer skills
- Proven ability to work with RoK National Rail Carrier at local and divisional level
- Ability to confidently represent Company and work positively with RoK regulatory agencies responsible for governing rail compliance
- Ability to address unusual and changing conditions methodically
