• Education: higher technical (engineering, mineral processing, metallurgy, mining)
• Experience in sales and service of mining, metallurgical, or preparatory process equipment from 5 years
• Knowledge of the main characteristics of the above equipment
• Experience of self-organization of processes
• Experience in personnel management
• Experience in managing EPC projects in the mining and processing industry
• Experience of interaction with clients (negotiation, organization of meetings)
• Knowledge of English - at the Intermediate level
• Knowledge of market conditions
