• Higher Education in a relevant field
• At least 5-10 years’ experience in HR and IR
• English (Kazakh and Russian a requirement for b2b)
• Basic / Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Write and speak in a clear and convincing manner, using appropriate language
• Work well with all levels of management
• Be able to mentor members of the IR team into acquiring skills, knowledge required to advance in their positions
