• Education
• Associate degree or equivalent in education
• Higher education in relevant field
• Work experience
• 5-7 years of experience in translation/interpretation. Must take technical translation testing administered by the company
• Superior knowledge of technical and business English/Russian. Kazakh language skills are desirable.
• PC knowledge and skills
• English language educational background.
• Must have the skills to:
• Provide written translation (English-Russian) of scientific, technical and other documentation related to the operation of the department, memos, weekly, monthly, benchmark reports, information letters, operation instructions, correspondence between the department and the customers, minutes of the meetings, conferences, seminars etc.
• Create complex schemes, tables, and spreadsheets.
• Provide verbal interpretation (English, Russian) at the daily meetings, staff meetings, negotiations, business and VIP meetings with government
• officials, etc.
• Conduct business trips.
• Trains less qualified interpreters and gives an evaluation to the Lead Administrator.
• Engage personnel at all levels across functional disciplines
• Work independently without any external support
• Use feedback for improvement of own performance
• Facilitate teamwork by setting an example (behavior, communication)
• Write and speak in a clear and persuasive manner, using corresponding arguments, style, and language
• Effectively communicate with a multinational workforce and promote a productive culture
• Have the skills of active listening
• Facilitate and lead safety/toolbox meetings 
• Superior PC knowledge Proven ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint.
