Qualification & Experience Requirements:

The job holder must have :

 University Degree or advanced degree in HR Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Applications or HRM;

 8 - 10 years of experience in the relevant areas with a minimum 4 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified ;

Required Competences: 

The job holder must have proven:

 Grasp of HRM Systems and Data Management

 Sound competence of Analysis and Organizational Design Methodologies and Techniques

 Solid experience in Project Management and Implementation

 Advanced accuracy competence in data and information security management

 Ability to work independently to meet critical and competing deadlines to produce high quality work in short timeframes;

 Demonstrated competency in research and process / procedure analysis, including ability to identify and explain complex HRM issues.

 Profound understanding of business processes.

 Analytical Thinking;

 Proactive approach to decisional process;

 Excellent written and spoken English;

 Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken;

 Ability to work with minimum supervision;

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP), MS Sharepoint Collaboration Platform, Database development and Management, other specific IT tools, administrative applications used by the department.
