- Experience in managing and organizing the work of the trading team (7 people)
- Well-developed communication, presentation and negotiation skills; marked leadership, analytical skills, ability to work with a large amount of information, willingness to take responsibility, focus on the final result, activity, flexibility, determination, moderate perseverance
- Confident PC user (MS Office, Excel)
- Knowledge of the Kazakh language is desirable
