| 1.Issues the financial statements of the subsidiary; | |||
| 2. Ensures adherence to leg Employment | |||
| 3. Meets the payments of the subsidiary tax liabilities; | |||
| 4. Prepares the subsidiary administrative budget; | |||
| 7. Complies with the company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility; | |||
| 8. Supervise material control, conduct required inventory inspections; | |||
| 9. Prepare and provide accounting, tax and other finance reports to govermental agencies & third parties; | |||
