Higher Degree and minimum 5 years of experience on Management and Supervisory positions in Operations, in public catering is preferable.

Be specific to the Catering and Commercial departments

Good English and communication skills.

Ability to cope with stressful situations and resolve conflicts.

Strong catering background and have solid financial skills and knowledge - menu costing, stock control, monthly reports

Proven experience in a high level supervisory position.
