Camp Services Coordinator, Tengiz 28/28 (Only KZ passport holders)
- Oversee relevant camp management ensuring services including catering, medical, recreation, hotel services, baggage rooms, laundry, site services, and municipal operations/maintenance are being provided in accordance with the requirements
- Verify and validate camp occupancy reports
- Conduct regular camp audits, liaising with IR and accommodation providers to monitor service quality, including spot checks, recording discrepancies and shortfalls for the attention of camp management
- Ensure integrity of work documentation and compliance with data privacy requirements in terms of information received in the process of performing job functions
- Attending meetings with accommodation providers and record
- Assist with onboarding new team members, including internal training to maintain continuity of reporting and understanding the process and procedures within the department
- Working with contractors to resolve issues and complaints
- Verification of invoice back up documents for accommodation services
- Inform residents of Luggage Service and procedures
- Business Trip correspondence with Travel & Hotel Bookings
- Assisting with the camp pack up procedure when required
- Updating camp maps, evacuation plans, floor plans, etc in accommodation rooms and public areas
- Any additional duties related to Services required by the management
- Execution, quality and timeliness of job functions provided by the job description, within the limits of applicable ROK legislation
- Compliance with labor discipline, safety, labor protection, and fire safety requirements
