Tenaz Management looking for candidates for HR Administration Coordinator 

Open Position for local specialists (Kazakhstan).


Schedule: Atyrau 5/2

Human Resources

·         Oversee the management of Human Resources function for the Company

·         Staff hiring, producing job descriptions, placing adverts and organizing interviews

·         Implement and manage IMS system within the HR Department

·         Manage the effective use of Company Web Application and regularly update the personnel information in the Sales Force system

·         Maintain  HR reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, vacations, sick leaves, performance and other HR reports required by governmental authorities.

·         Support Service Managers and site teams in selection of suitable personnel including developing project manpower plans, interviewing, selection and mobilization to site

·         Review and approve Staff Requests and create Online Recruitment Request forms

·         Responsible to nominate / agree a Recruiter for each Recruitment Competition or when appropriate to act as the Recruiter

·         Implement the Recruitment & Training Policy within the Company

·         Forecast future staffing and organizational needs

·         Salary reviews and ensuring they are in line with legal and Company requirements

·         Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives and purpose

·         Visa (collection of documents from candidate & issue LOI thru visa agency service, provide reference number to candidate & arrange arriving to RoK )

·         Responsible for sending and receiving incoming correspondence,

·         Registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence

·         Responsible for coding incoming invoices related to cost associated with personal

·         Purchasing process (stationary, water, foods ,ect.)

·         Responsible for preparation of HR documents (labor agreements, orders, consulting service agreements, ect.)

  • Responsible for sending out announcements regarding work schedules

·         Responsible to lead any labor related audit (provide with documents as per request, feedback & answer for the questions from Auditor regarding processes in the Company)

·         Responsible for collection, preparation and passing to finance department expense reports of shift personal

·         Responsible for insurance arrangement for personnel (medical and compulsory)

·         Responsible for Medical checkup arrangements

·         Responsible for arrangements of travel, accommodation, meals for shift and administrative personnel

·         Responsible for collection travel certificates with all necessary signatures and stamps and passing to finance department.

·         Responsible for arrangement of legal documents and contracts translation through translation agency and Notarizing documents if it’s required

·         Responsible for organizing and providing mobile communications for company employees

 

Legal / Compliance

·         Ensure that the relevant employment policies and procedures provide for the requirements of RoK labor legislation

·         Ensure compliance with Work Permit terms and conditions

·         Develop and Maintain healthy relation with the appropriate government authorities and agencies.

·         Maintain and sending statistical reports to Labor Department

·         Participation and follow-up Internal and External audits

Training

·         Carry out a performance review of employees and establish training needs.

·         Plan and direct for Training of employees, maintain contact with outside resources for training

·         Responsible for arrangement of HSE, site induction trainings and update the database

·         Evaluation of training providers (with the exception of Client provided courses)

·         Provide induction courses to employees on the organization's Employment, Discipline, Grievance Policies and Workplace Rules & Procedures.

Administration

·         Maintain routine correspondence and draft appropriate responses.

·         Management of the administration of all office functions including

·         Other tasks as may be required as the role develops

      Education/Experience

·         Higher education degree

·         More than 6 years experience in HR role

·         Good knowledge of English speaking and writing skills.
