Service Scope and Requirements (responsibilities pertaining to the role along with competencies and experience required).
Act as an Information Management Coordinator on a Major Capital Project as part of the client Information Management (IM) Team. IM scope includes both Document and Asset Data Management.
• Provide strategic direction on the Information Management Transition to Base Business, including best practices, governance and compliance
• Provide efficient, effective and coordinated IM plans, procedures and processes to ensure a smooth custody transfer of Information from the MCP
• Provide expert guidance to to assure the ongoing protection, availability and integrity of the MCP Information for safe operations of the Assets
• Contribute to the strategic direction of Information Management
• Develop and maintain a suite of processes and tools to manage the transition of Asset Information
• Provide a mechanism to verify the quality and consistency of MCP Asset Information meets Company requirements, ensuring recommendations for improvement are identified and acted upon
• Provide input to the Manpower plan to ensure adequate resources are available to execute the IM transition strategy
• Provide guidance, support, training and oversight to the IM Transition team to ensure Organizational Capability is maximized.
